Heard good things, but when I went there the older lady working the register was one of the driest, rudest and unwelcoming people of my day. She was great to the man in front of me but acted as if she didn't even want to serve me. I hoped it wasn't because my skin tone was darker but the hate in her eyes told me something more. The younger lady there was a ray of sunshine. A sweetheart who provided excellent customer service since the older lady didn't want to help me. Will Never set foot in there ever again and only hope others have a better experience.

Get up close and personal with the local morning crowd at this terrific bakery! The fresh baked goods melt in your mouth and you must try the Cubano! After 10am they have ham and cheese rolls...these are a must!!

If there were 6 stars, I would've given 6. Lattes are wonderful. The quiche is to die for!!! Lovely little downtown area.

Amazing food! Had lunch here and happily ate a very delicious sandwich. Also had the best gluten free cookie I've had in my life. Will definitely be back!

My favorite place in the valley to get pastries ♥️ 20 miles just to have them fill my belly and heart. Let me just say, I will be choosing miniature versions of the berry cup for my wedding dessert 👏🏼💃

The pastries at this place are so good. It is worth the 30 minute drive it takes me to get there. It's also in downtown Palisade which makes it a great breakfast date place. Coffee is also pretty good there. A great experience in an old style bakery.

This has been a family favorite for many years! Everything is fresh daily. The Premola Granola is a treasure to savor and the pastries are mouth watering DELICIOUS!!

Don't bother especially in COVID concern. I got a quiche and was sent to cook it myself in a toaster oven. There was no sanitary options for cleaning it before or after use besides the fact I paid good money to cook my own breakfast. WTH the grilled cheese was expensive small and didn't even come with chips.When I tried to say something they just walked away. Seriously if you like to waste money on poor quality and sanitary COVID safety have at it.

AMAZING! Really great selection and quality of pastries. Bread is delicious, and the meal items (sandwhiches, burritos, etc.) are wonderful as well. Very friendly staff, and Mary is super sweet.

Great treats! Breakfast burritos and even made some sandwiches for early in the morning for us to pack for lunch during our day hike in Colorado National Monument.

My wife and I really enjoyed this bakery and really wanted to give it 5 stars. The food is absolutely great and priced extremely well. Almost all of the gals that work here are the absolute sweetest, but for whatever reason the woman behind the front counter was just downright unpleasant. At first I thought it may have just been us, but then we heard the folks at the table next to us complaining as well. It felt like she didn't want us there, and I don't know why.If she can sweeten up a bit this place would be 5 stars for sure.

the jamocha brownie is nothing less than divine. I didn’t know a brownie could change my life, yet here we are.

We come here every year for peach festival and we always got this bakery. They are amazing!

Wonderful bakery with coffee shop bouns! Went in for a sweet roll came out with a burrito. I got the feeling the elderly lady who owns the bakery combined with a 30 something new age partner that filled in the cracks to make a perfect stop.

We loved the cubano! We also had a New Zealand cream bun and a jamocha brownie and all of it was amazing! I also really liked the atmosphere. Next time we're in Palisade, we'll be back!

Great little spot. Everything there is done well and the people are very friendly. The quiche is my favorite, but, that's like trying to pick a favorite child. 😅

I’ve traveled all over the world. These are some of the best pastries I’ve ever had. If you like friendly service and delicious treats, then stop by here. My only complaint is that I didn’t get to try everything. So much to choose from....gluten free options for my wife as well. The friendly staff treated our English Bulldog puppy like a king.

5 stars if not for the occasional stares and grumpiness.

This place is a true gem! I originally reached out to them because I was looking for a cake for my husband's birthday. And boy did they deliver! It is SO GOOD. Their prices on the cakes were super reasonable too. Was a little intimidated by their location in Palisade because I live in Fruita, but the drive was so worth it. Nice too because they're right downtown and next to the library there. I told my husband I would make the drive once a week just to enjoy their bread and cookies. They had a cute little wood table and chair set up in a nook of their store for my three and one year old. The trip transitioned from an ordinary errand to a magical little destination bakery. Thanks, all!
